How can I get to the venue?
About 500 meters from metro station Proletarskaia: MAP

Is there parking available?
There is a parking along the Oktiabrskaia street, as well as in the yard of the "OK16" building (just beside the building entrance).

I registered for the convention but I don't see myself in the participant list. Why?
If you registered successfully (that is, you received a message with a unique registration code assigned), there are two reasons for not being shown up in the participant list:
1) The questionaire is not yet approved (this usually happens within few hours or days)
2) The applicant didn't mark the 'include me' checkbox: we only list those participants who implicitly agreed to be included there.

I want to edit my registration data, but I lost my registration code. What can I do?
Just mail convention@volaty.by and request your code.

I have to cancel my trip. How do I delete my registration?
Just mail the request to convention@volaty.by.

Can I reserve two tables? I have too many glasses for trade
There are three options available in the registration: no table (5 BYN), standard table (10 BYN) and extended table (15 BYN). Please specify any preferences in the comments field in the registration form, and we do our best to fit your needs.

Is it easy to exchange currency in Minsk? Is there ATM nearby?
Most stores and service points accept payment cards (Visa / Mastercard). There are a lot of currency exchange point in Minsk, with the exchange rate varying just slightly. There are a lot of ATMs across the city as well, expecially in the center. However, no currency exchange and ATMs at the venue and in close proximity.

Is there any restaurant at the venue?
There are a number of food spot along the Oktiabrskaia street close to the venue. We are also working on organizing a mobile food spot directly at the venue.

Can I book a room in the hotel for longer term than allowed in the registration form (13 - 15 Apr)?

What's the hotel pricing
Below is the information as of February (subject to change slightly):
Single room: 36 to 42 BYN (~ 15 EUR).
Double / twin room: 50 to 61 BYN (~ 20-25 EUR).
Breakfast included.

Can I leave my collectible at the venue after the Friday exchange session?
Yes, the venue will be closed overnight.

Are there any toll roads in Belarus?
There are a lot of toll roads in Belarus. Roads are free for Belarusian and Russian citizens. In order to avoid any negative impressions, we recommend to familiarize yourself with the payment system at beltoll site.

What are the custom regulations at the Belarus entrance?
The luggage must be within 1500 Euro and 50 kg per traveler. Important: you are not allowed to bring more than 3 liters of any alcohol, including beer.

How can I get invitation for the visa application? What are the conditions for getting Belarusian visa?
IMPORTANT!!! Belarus cancelled visa for citizens of 80 countries (including EU, UK, US) when arriving by air if you stay up to 5 days. This is however not valid for flights arriving from Russian Federation. Refer to the following page for more official information: Belarus visa-free travel

In case you plan to cross the border by sea or land (or your plan to stay longer than 5 days), you need a visa.
Please send us the following data to get official invitation:
* first name, last name as in passport
* birthday
* passport number
* passport issue and expiration dates
* Country of citizenship and residence
* dates of your planned visit
* Physical address to send you the hard copy of the invitation (you can ask the Belarusian embassy if the printed copy is sufficient - several times it was enough to provide just an electronic scan)
Standard package of documents to be submitted to the embassy includes: passport, insurance, questionnaire with photo, consular fee, invitation. We recommend that you confirm the list in your closest Belarusian embassy.

Will the touristic trip be interesting for non-Russian-speaking guests?
The story will be in Russian, but usually we have some English speaking participants within the group, so in the case you don't understand everything we try to make sure you get the general idea.
